Sap to Syrup Easy/Indoors-Outdoors

Explore the world of natural sugar collection! Participants in this session will learn the basics of tapping trees for sap collection and the processing involved in transforming that sap in to other edible products. We will start with the dos and don’ts of sap collection, the materials needed and then head outside to practice your tapping skills. We will then head back inside to taste some wonderful products made from sap.
