Intro to Canoeing Easy-Moderate/Outdoors
Instructors: Aleica Pulver
Gain confidence and gain the knowledge to select the appriopriate ger, how to safely enter/exit a canoe, utilize fundamental paddle strokes and how to be prepared for an emergency. We wll explore the lake and take in the start of the fall foliage. consider bringing sunscreen, ball cap, dry bag (for keys, phone, etc.) and sunglasses. Equipment will be provided, but ladies are welcome to bring their own life jackets and/or paddles if they have them.
