Virtual Brooklyn Talks: Art and Democracy after the Election

On the heels of the presidential election, artist collective For Freedoms hosts a conversation about the potential for creativity to create social change. Join the artists in considering the following topics: How can art strengthen democracy and imagine new possibilities for liberation and joy? How have artists shifted their practice, as the word “unprecedented” has come to characterize our national politics, to reimagine their role in society?
