Bayfront Park 2026 Vendor Registration

REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE AT 11PM ON June 5, 2026 FOR THESE EVENTS

Winterfell Management will be coordinating vendors for the following event dates:

July 3 – Hairball – Attendance 8,000+

July 4 – Fourth Fest – Attendance 10,000-12,000

You may choose to be either a Food Vendor or Craft/Merchandise Vendor. There are bundled discounted options that will not only save you registration fees, but also place you closer to the center of the vendor area. You may also choose a la carte options
