Do I need a reservation for the shuttles?
Yes, all shuttles require a reservation.

Where are the shuttle pickup locations?
Mountain Shuttle at Big Mountain – Next to the Bierstube, 3896 Big Mountain Rd, Whitefish
Downtown Whitefish Shuttle – Depot Park, 504 Railway St, Whitefish
Blue Moon Shuttle – 6105 US-2, Columbia Falls
Majestic Valley Arena Shuttle – 3630 US-93, Kalispell

How much are tickets?
The Mountain, Downtown Whitefish, and Blue Moon shuttles are FREE.
The Kalispell shuttle at Majestic Valley Arena is available for $5 per day, which includes parking.

What are the shuttle times?
The first shuttle pickup is at 11:30AM, with the last pickup at 7:30PM.
Return shuttles from the festival will run between 6:30PM and Midnight.

How do I book my return trip?
No return trip booking is required. Return shuttles will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can buses accommodate a wheelchair?
Yes! Reach out to us at [[email protected]] when making your reservation, and we'll arrange transportation on a bus equipped with a wheelchair lift.

What happens if I miss my scheduled shuttle?
Guests who miss their scheduled bus will have to wait until there is an open seat available on a following bus. Please arrive early to ensure a smooth boarding process.
