Friday, July 31 — 6:00–8:30pm*

Saturday, August 1 — 11:00am–2:00pm

Sunday, August 2 — 11:00am–2:00pm

*Friday evening tours include 2 complimentary drinks and light bites

Ticket Information

If you are unable to attend on the date listed on your ticket, daytime tour tickets may be used on any daytime tour day (valid for one-time use; not valid for evening tours).

• Day‑of tickets purchased onsite are $25.


• Tickets are valid for one day only.


• Tickets are required for children ages 2+.


• Children must be supervised at all times. 


• Shoe covers are required (provided at entrance)


• No strollers. 


• No stiletto heels.

Map note- When using “Four Seasons Banquet House” in your GPS, you may be directed to Banks School Rd, which runs parallel to Leonard Lane but does not lead to the tour entrance. Please make a right onto Hardt Rd, and you’ll arrive at the entrance to the Four Seasons development.

Benefiting UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh

UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh—one of the region’s most beloved institutions—will receive all tour proceeds in support of its Free Care Fund.

Day-of tickets purchased onsite are $25. Tickets are valid for one day only. Tickets are required for children ages 2+. Children must always be supervised and accompanied by an adult; no strollers; no stiletto heels. 

About Pittsburgh Magazine’s Ultimate House

Each year, Pittsburgh Magazine’s Ultimate House celebrates the “ultimate” in residential living at a particular moment in time, showcasing the latest innovations and state‑of‑the‑art features. The selected home is then opened for public tours over a 10‑day period, with 100% of ticket proceeds benefiting the Free Care Fund at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.

Since its inception in 2015, Ultimate House has raised more than $400,000 for the Free Care Fund.
