The Genesis Show

The Genesis Show – 1982 Three Sides Live Encore Tour

Travel back to 1982, when Genesis was becoming one of the biggest bands in the world.

Following the release of Three Sides Live, Genesis hit the road with Phil Collins, Tony Banks and Mike Rutherford joined by legendary touring musicians Daryl Stuermer and Chester Thompson. The tour combined the power of the band's newer material like "Paperlate" and "Man Of The Corner"with a return to its progressive roots, including classics like "The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway/Watcher of the Skies" and the complete "Supper's Ready" — performed in its entirety for the final time on a Genesis tour.

The tour also included the legendary August 21, 1982 concert at Philadelphia's JFK Stadium before approximately 58,000 fans.

The Genesis Show recreates this incredible era of Genesis live — the sound, the performances and the music of the 1982 Three Sides Live Encore Tour.
