Tea & Gathering: Tea Ceremony with Ai-Ling Truong

Tea & Gathering: Cha Dao Bowl Tea Ceremony with Ai-Ling Truong

Inspired by Jacky Cheng’s work in the Invitation Art Prize, Where Conversations Gather, participate in an intimate Cha Dao Bowl Tea Ceremony and experience the meditative and mindful ritual of drinking led by Ai-Ling Truong.

Ai-Ling is a student of Cha Dao 'The Way of Tea' - integrating tea into her life as a ritual, for self-cultivation, meditation and plant medicine for the body, mind and spirit.

This tea ceremony is an invitation to slow down and take a pause amid the busyness and distractions of modern life. Guests will sit together in silence, drink a few bowls of tea in the ritual of ceremony. Living organic Chinese tea will be served, which nourishes and calms the nervous system.

This ceremony offers space and time to cultivate receptivity, inner harmony and awakened presence. There will be a few moments at the end for discussion, reflection and questions.

Places are limited to 10 people.
