About Mary: 

Mary Richter is a successful business professional and leader who has worked to help people define and reach their goals for 35 years, primarily in public accounting. Through her company, Mosaic Soup, she’s now active as a coach and career consultant to help others develop and achieve fulfillment in their lives. Focused on helping early through mid-career professionals navigate their next step by aligning their actions and goals and getting unstuck, resulting in peak performance and fulfillment.

Mary is a frequent speaker on leadership and career transitions for non-profits and businesses.

As a community leader, Mary continues her longstanding work with several nonprofit entities in human services, health, and women’s leadership.
