School holidays - Forces of Fun

Have you ever wondered how a carousel at a fun park works? Explore the concepts of centripetal force and belt transmission with the Young Engineers and build your own circus carousel using special motorized Lego kits. Learn to think like an engineer and have fun with STEM!

Suitable for ages 6 - 12 years.

Note: parents/carers of children under 12 years are required by library policy to remain in the building while their children attend the event.
