NICK THUNE

NICK THUNE’s deadpan delivery and absurdist storytelling have made him a standout in the comedy world. A Seattle native, he built his name on late-night stages, with ten appearances on The Tonight Show and spots on Conan and Late Night. He has toured internationally and headlined major festivals including Montreal’s Just for Laughs, SXSW, Bonnaroo, and Melbourne International. His sets blend sharp one-liners with personal storytelling and guitar, a mix that has won over longtime comedy fans and new audiences alike.

Thune has released three stand-up specials: Folk Hero (Netflix), Good Guy (Amazon), and Born Young, which premiered on Nate Bargatze’s Nateland YouTube channel. On screen, he has appeared in Knocked Up, Marvel’s Venom, and the cult indie Dave Made a Maze, with TV credits including Love Life, How I Met Your Father, Not Dead Yet, Grand Crew, and voice work on American Dad!. His short film Bday Private Dick, with John C. Reilly, premiered at the Palm Springs Film Festival in 2025, and he’s developing a podcast, How to Be a Single Parent, with Mary Lynn Rajskub and Nick Turner.

Comix Roadhouse brings its own deadpan confidence to the table, and lets the awards do the talking: Connecticut Magazine’s 2026 Best of Connecticut statewide win for Best Casino Casual Dining and OpenTable’s 2026 Diners’ Choice Award. Make it dinner and a show, because this is as much a destination as it is a stage.
