Join Casey Abrams (aka Casey Bassy) for a night of music, comedy, and unexpected surprises. Funny Music brings together some of your favorite comics and musicians, but with a twist. For one night only, they’ll step outside their comfort zones, trading places to test out hidden talents… or prove they should probably stick to their day jobs. Whether you come for the music, the comedy, or the curiosity of what might happen when the mic changes hands, this is a one-of-a-kind evening you won’t want to miss.
Casey Abrams made it to 6th place on American Idol, season 10, 2011.
He performed with Jack Black on the American Idol Finale. He would later go on to sing on Jack's live jazz show at the Catalina Club in Hollywood. After the show ended, he and the top 11 of that season would go onto a 3 month international tour to sold out arenas.
After his international television debut, he was signed to Concord records, releasing his self titled album which got him #1 in Billboard's Heatseekers in 2012. This album was produced by Randy Jackson, Steve Jordan and Martin Terefe. He went on to tour with this album across the United States.
He released a big Christmas hit with his fellow contestant, Haley Reinhart singing "Baby It's Cold Outside" in 2012.In 2014, he met Scott Bradlee, who started the hit youtube band "Postmodern Jukebox" He would star in many videos and songs that would get millions of views. He would later go on to be one of the singers and host the show in many of their international tours. He still works with them to this day, earning more than 100 million views on youtube.
He played Piano on Haley Reinhart's hit song for an Extra Gum commercial that went viral giving her a gold record for "I Can't Help Falling In Love With You" in 2017.
He sang and played bass on Aubrey Logan's 2019 album "Where the Sunshine is Expensive", earning her #1 in Billboard's Contemporary Jazz Album.
He put out 2 albums with Chesky Records "Put a Spell On You" and "Jazz", landing at #3 on Billboard's Contemporary Jazz Albums Chart and #5 on Billboard's overall Jazz Albums in 2018
He sang "Eve of Destruction" with Cyndi Lauper in 2020 under Chesky Records.
He sang on Taylor Eigsti's Grammy award winning album "Tree Falls" that won best contemporary instrumental album of 2022.
His videos with artist, Stefano, that went viral in 2023 has had over 30 million views on Instagram and Tik Tok and has released an EP to accompany the visuals.He turned his duet of a broken dryer on Tik Tok into a pop hit on spotify with 8 million views on socials and 1.5 million plays on spotify.

About The Belly Room
Hidden on our second floor, the Belly Room has been a testing ground for the best developing comedians over the last four decades. Not only have great comedy voices been discovered in this room but some of your favorite shows and podcasts got their start on this tiny but powerful stage. Built by Yakov Smirnoff and his father, the Belly Room is many comics' first home while they work their way up at The Store.

Because our shows are in such high demand, we are not able to hold seat after the show starts.
Ticket holders should be checked in or in line by showtime. Once the show has started, your seat may not be held. Any open seats will be made available to standby customers. All late arrivals or unclaimed tickets will be void and non-refundable.
