Meet the Author - Petronella McGovern

Joondalup Libraries and Dymocks Karrinyup are delighted to host an evening with author Petronella McGovern who will discuss her latest novel Every Time She Wakes. Petronella will be in conversation with fellow author Deb Jordan.

Petronella's books have been described as domestic noir and psychological suspense. With strong characters and gripping storylines, her twisty novels keep readers turning the pages late into the night.

Her new book, Every Time She Wakes, is a time-bending thriller about family and identity. It has received great early praise with New York Times bestseller author, Sally Hepworth calling it: ‘a brilliant race against fate and time’, and saying, ‘I’ll be adding this to my most-often recommended list.’

About the book - Every Time She Wakes

A taut, time-bending thriller about family, identity and defying fate.

When careers counsellor Suze and her family are evacuated from their home during a bushfire, the van crashes and she thinks it's the end. But Suze wakes up two weeks back in time. No-one else remembers what came before. Is it all in her mind? Suze must work out what's happening and why to save her family, and wake up in a world she recognises.

Dymocks Karrinyup will be selling Petronella's book on the night, and she will be available for book signing.
