Masters of Hawaiian Music

Three Masters, among the most popular at Maui’s renowned “Slack Key Show®,” share Hawai‘i’s unique “slack key” open tuning folk styles, with roots in the 19th-century paniolo (Hawaiian cowboy) culture. Growing up in rural Hawai‘i, they were immersed from childhood in Hawaiian music and culture that brought families together for entertainment, instilling traditions, and sharing good fun.
