Event Description
LMSP Fly & Tie Workshop (14 YO - Adult)

Discover fly-fishing and learn how to tie your own flies through this two-day workshop at Lake Metigoshe State Park! Instructors are Chris & Alecia Pulver.

 

Registration opens on Wednesday, April 8 at 9am via https://bit.ly/LMSPShowClix

 

Registration is $125; includes fly tying materials and use of fishing gear (rods, vises, waders, etc.).

 

Workshop takes place on Saturday, June 20 from 9am-4pm and on Sunday, June 21 from 8am-2pm.

 

Participation is limited to 12 participants and is geared towards beginners at least 14 years of age (age 12, if registering with adult).

 

Fishing license is not required; this educational workshop is in collaboration with ND Game & Fish Dept.

 

Dress in layers and for the weather forecast; we’ll be spending time both indoors and outdoors.

 

Please bring bug spray and sunscreen in addition to your own full waders, if you have them.

 

Participants are responsible for bringing their own own meals, snacks and beverages. Please be prepared to eat lunch along the shoreline.Participants should be physically able to stand for long periods of time and nagivate uneven shorelines and lake bottoms

 

Ticket sales are final, no exceptions. If, for whatever reason, LMSP needs to cancel, refunds will be provided.
