Tim Harris is the culinary mind behind Tim's Table , his hummus and pestos are enjoyed in homes all around Limerick and further afield and his Satursday morning stall at the Milk Market is always hopping. He joins us to cook up a storm and he might even share some samples of his hummus and pestos.
