The 2026 Ladies of Laughter national competition includes 10 women chosen to perform before industry judges for theater bookings, publicity and the Ladies of Laughter Title(s).

The show is hosted by 2024 Ladies of Laughter National Professional Competition winner, Poppy Champlin.

Past contestants and winners include Amy Schumer, Zarna Garg, Michelle Buteau, and countless other women who have gone on to comedy stardom.
