Launch Event - The People's Poetry Wall

Join us for the launch of The People’s Poetry Wall, a vibrant community project presented by Peter Cowan Writers Centre in collaboration with Joondalup Library. This interactive display invites local readers to discover and celebrate the beauty of storytelling through poetry.

The launch event will include a series of poetry readings by writers featured in the exhibition. A light morning tea will be provided at the poetry wall launch for guests to enjoy before exploring the exhibition.

The poetry wall display will be open to the public to view at Joondalup library until Sunday 6 September 2026.

Please note, the presentation will run for approximately one hour and refreshments are included.

A program will only be cancelled if there are insufficient enrolments received one day prior to the event or due to factors beyond the City’s control. No individual refunds or credits will be given for general non-attendance.
