With the help of Yondr bags, we at the Comedy Store create phone-free spaces for artists and comedians.  

What that means:  Upon arrival at the venue, all phones and smart watches are placed in Yondr cases and will be unlocked at the end of the show.  Guests maintain possession of these items at all times.  Guests may also access their phones at any time only in the designated Phone Use Areas throughout the venue.  All phones will be re-secured upon returning to the event space.

Anyone seen using a device during the performance in a non-designated area will be escorted out of the venue by security. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a phone-free viewing experience.

Whitney Cummings

Whitney Cummings is a comedian, actor, writer, producer, director, entrepreneur, and host of the hit podcast “Good for You.” Launched in 2019, “Good For You” is self-produced and features conversations with Whitney’s friends, fellow comedians, and experts in a variety of fields, including neuroscience, veterinary medicine, and magic. Best known for creating and starring in the NBC series “Whitney,” Whitney is also the co-creator and co-writer of the syndicated Emmy-nominated CBS comedy series “2 Broke Girls.” She has appeared in numerous television shows, films, and stand-up specials, including her fifth stand up special, “Whitney Cummings: JOKES” which was released on Netflix in July 2022. On the big screen, Whitney was last seen in the Machine Gun Kelly and Mod Sun comedy “Good Mourning” and the Foo Fighters’ horror-comedy “Studio 666.” Other recent film credits include “How It Ends,” “The Opening Act,” and the forthcoming “At Midnight” from director Jonah Feingold. On television, Whitney will next be seen leading an episode of “Accused,” the forthcoming FOX/Sony TV anthology drama series from Howard Gordon, Alex Gansa and David Shore. Whitney also recently received praise for her week-long guest hosting stint on “The Wendy Williams Show” in October 2021. Other notable TV appearances include “Tacoma FD,” “Workaholics,” “Crashing,” “Undateable,” and the Comedy Central Roasts, which have solidified her presence in comedy television. In 2017 she published her memoir titled “I’m Fine … And Other Lies.” That same year, Whitney made her directorial debut with the feature adaptation of Louann Brizendine’s best-seller, “The Female Brain.” Following the success of her sold out “Codependent Tour,” Whitney just wrapped the “Touch Me Tour,” her stand-up comedy theater tour spanning 75+ cities across North America. She can currently be seen on her “I Club You Tour” while working on material for a new theatre tour in 2023. Whitney’s new roast series on OFTV will premiere in early 2023 and will feature the celebrated roast format with a behind the scenes look at what is involved in crafting jokes in the writer’s room. Confirmed roastees of honor for the first two episodes of the series include Whitney Cummings and Bert Kreischer.

Deon Cole is a comedian, writer, and actor, who can currently be seen as Charlie on ABC's BLACK-ISH and Freeform's GROWNISH. For his work on BLACK-ISH, Deon won Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series at the 51st NAACP Image Awards, in 2020, and at the 52nd NAACP Image Awards in 2021. Deon can currently be heard as the voice of Dave, for Dreamworks Animation's Netflix series, KIPO AND THE AGE OF WONDERBEASTS. Previously, he starred as Detective Daniel DJ Tanner on the TBS comedy ANGIE TRIBECA opposite Rashida Jones.nIn film, Deon stars in the Netflix film THE HARDER THEY FALL, opposite Regina King and Idris Elba, directed by Jeymes Samuels. He also starred in the Whitney Cummings directed feature THE FEMALE BRAIN, opposite Sofia Vergara, and was featured in the Ice Cube led BARBERSHOP series. He can also be seen in FRIENDSGIVING, produced by Red Hour Films. Deon's latest one-hour special for Netflix, COLE HEARTED was recently released after the success of his appearance in THE STANDUPS, also for Netflix. His previous one-hour special, DEON COLE'S: COLE BLOODED SEMINAR was shot for Comedy Central. His stand-up documentary, WORKIN' IT OUT, recently debuted exclusively on Netflix is a Joke's Youtube channel, and has garnered 6 million views on social media, and 1.4 million views on Youtube alone.

Comedian and actor Harland Williams is known the world over for his hilarious movie roles and outlandish stand-up and sketch comedy routines.nnWilliams was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, to Lorraine Mary (O’Donnell), a social worker, and John Reesor Williams, a lawyer who served in the Ontario legislature. Williams has starred in numerous unforgettable roles such as the pee-drinking cop in “Dumb and Dumber”, the loveable horse-killing stoner, Kenny in “Half Baked”, the hitchhiking serial killer in “There’s Something About Mary”, the silent motorcycle stud Slater, in “Superstar”, the goof-ball astronaut Fred Z. Randall in “Rocketman,” the whale-calling Sonar in “Down Periscope”, and Robert/Roberta in the world of “Sorority Boys.”nnWilliams is also seen regularly on “Late Night with David Letterman,” “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” and “Late Night with Conan O’Brian.” He has done solo stand-up comedy specials for HBO, Comedy Central, CTV, and CBC. David Spade

David Spade became a household favorite during his tenure as a cast member on NBC’s “Saturday Night Live”. For his memorable role as Dennis Finch, the wise-cracking, power-hungry assistant on “Just Shoot Me”, Spade received nominations for a 1999 Emmy Award, Golden Globe, and American Comedy Award. He continues to be a box office draw, touring his stand-up shows nationwide. His most recent stand-up special “Nothing Personal” debuted on Netflix in 2022. Currently, Spade can be heard co-hosting his podcast “Fly on the Wall”, alongside fellow SNL alumni Dana Carvey. In each episode, they interview cast members, hosts, writers, and musical guests, as they share never-before told stories about their careers and how SNL's cultural history has impacted their lives beyond the show. The podcast premiered #1 in the comedy category and in the top five overall on Apple’s podcast chart, and has since been nominated for Podcast Of The Year at the 2023 iHeartRadio Podcast Awards. Spade has also had several well-received standup comedy specials, including Comedy Central’s “David Spade: My Fake Problems,” 2014.nnBorn in Birmingham, Michigan, and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, Spade began his career by performing stand-up comedy in clubs, theaters and colleges across the country. He made his television debut on SNL and was soon named the “Hot Stand-Up Comedian of the Year” by Rolling Stone Magazine. As a writer and a performer on SNL for five years, he is best known for his memorable characters including the sarcastic “Hollywood Minute” reporter on “Weekend Update” and catch phrases like “And you are…?” and “Buh-Bye!”.

Tim Dillon

Tim Dillon is a Stand up comedian, writer, and actor. He was a new face at the Montreal Comedy Festival in 2016. He won the title of New York's Funniest 2016 at Caroline's NY Comedy Festival. In 2017 he was named of the top ten comics you need to know by Rolling Stone magazine. He had two specials premiere in 2018, a Comedy Central Half Hour and a Netflix Quarter hour. He created and hosts Tim Dillon's Real NY Tour which takes the audience on a double decker bus through Manhattan. He has performed at the Oddball Comedy Festival, the Glasgow Comedy Festival, SXSW, among others. He has been on the Christ Gethard show on Fusion, Gotham Comedy Live on AXS tv, Fox's Red Eye, Tru Tv's Comedy Knockout, and season two of WYFD with Big Jay Oakerson on Seeso. He hosts a Podcast called The Tim Dillon Show.
