Grounds Passes 2026

A Grounds Pass is required for entry to the Lyndhurst property seven days a week and offers general admission to the property between the hours of 9:30 am and 4:00 pm as the property closes at 5:00 pm.

• A Grounds Pass allows entry rain or shine and is not refundable.


• Please have your tickets ready on your mobile phone to show the gate attendant.


• Picnicking is allowed, we ask that you carry out what you carry in.


• A Grounds Pass can be upgraded to a Mansion tour, please check with our staff in the Welcome Center for availability.


• Bowling Alley Restrooms are open daily 9:30 am - 5:00 pm,  May - October.


• Welcome Center Restrooms are open Thursdays-Tuesdays 9:30 am - 4:00 pm,  May - October and December.


• Children ages 5 and under are free.


• For those wishing to specifically visit the Rose Garden, please plan to visit in June as our roses, generally, are at their peak during this month.
