He is the author of ten cookbooks and has variously hosted and produced a range of documentary, food and entertainment television and audio programs including The Cook Up with Adam Liaw (SBS), Good Food Kitchen (Nine), Destination Flavour (SBS), Tomorrow Tonight (ABC), Who The Bloody Hell Are We? (SBS) and How Taste Changed the World (Audible).
Working in collaboration with Stillwater executive chef, Adam Will and his team, Colin will design a lunch menu highlighting Tasmanian produce with each course being matched with a glass of Tasmanian Wine.
