Discovery Session - seasonal gifts for the soul

Join poet Jake Dennis for a discovery session exploring the art of haiku.

Participants will learn about the history and traditions of haiku, including its connection to nature, reflection and simplicity. Through guided discussion and writing prompts, you will be encouraged to create your own festive haiku as a personal keepsake or a thoughtful gift for someone special.

No previous poetry experience is required. This session is ideal for anyone interested in creative writing, Japanese poetry, mindful reflection or handmade seasonal gifts.

Participants will leave with a beautifully presented short poem to keep or share.
