How does ADHD present in adults?
Join us for this informative talk that focuses on ADHD in adults. The session explores what it is, how it commonly presents in adults and the often-overlooked strengths and common challenges like overwhelm, procrastination and the impact of masking.
In this neuroaffirming, interactive session, participants will leave with:
- a clearer understanding of how ADHD shows up in the workplace
- greater awareness of strengths and common pressure points
- practical strategies managers and employees can experiment with immediately
- insight into how to support psychological safety and sustainable performance
This session is suitable for adults with ADHD, those who suspect they may have it and anyone wanting to better understand and support others.
About the presenter:
Louise is an ADHD coach that supports adults to better understand themselves and create meaningful, lasting change. Alongside her own lived experience Louise holds a MSc in applied positive psychology and coaching psychology, specialist ADHD training with ADDCA, and over 17 years’ experience working in education.
