The Canada Salsa & Bachata Congress is the longest running event in Canada and one of the most anticipated events in North America.

TICKET PICKUP DISCLAIMER
Please note that Congress passes/tickets will NOT be mailed. Each online order will be added to our database. Each attendee must pick up their own pass/ticket at the registration booth at the hotel the weekend of the event. Bring your receipt and a piece of photo ID. Passes are in the form of a wristband and must be worn at all times. If you remove your wristband, you will need to purchase another congress pass/wristband. No exceptions. 


REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds on our event tickets or event weekend passes.  


If you have purchased an event ticket or pass and can no longer attend the event, you may email us and request that we transfer it to another person, or to next year’s event.  All requests must be made in writing to [email protected] before September 1st. All transfer requests between September 1st and September 30th will incur a $40 administration fee. Transfer requests will not be accepted after October 1st, 2025. 



SERVICE FEES
A service fee is added to each ticket and/or order purchased online at time of checkout. The buyer agrees to pay these fees, and understands that they will not be refunded under any circumstances.  
Ontario sales/service tax (HST tax) will be added to each ticket and/or order purchased at time of checkout.
