Our fan-favorite comedy show, The Big Apple Comedy Club, is returning to The Newton Theatre to bring a laugh-packed night with four hilarious comedians coming to our stage for one epic evening!
SEAN DONNELLY
When he’s not catching a nap with his bulldog, Rickles, Sean can be found headlining clubs and festivals all over the country. He has appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman, Conan and NBC’s Last Comic Standing. Sean co-hosts the podcast My Dumb Friends with fellow comedian Dan St. Germain on the All Things Comedy network. He released his debut comedy album “Manual Labor Face” in 2015 on Comedy Central Records. Sean has been featured on the truTV series World’s Dumbest and Almost Genius as well as Adam Devine’s House Party, The Half Hour, Broad City, Inside Amy Schumer, Amazon’s Alpha House, GSN’s Lie Detectors, Limitless on CBS and Billions on Showtime.
CARMEN LYNCH
Carmen Lynch is a NY based stand up comedian who’s been on a string of late night tv shows including The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and Conan. She is featured in the newly-released documentary Hysterical (Hulu) and on HA Festival: The Art of Comedy (HBO Max). Her new comedy album “Vertically Obese“ can be found on all mainstream platforms as well as her podcast “The Human CentiPOD” (which also airs on SiriusXM) Carmen also tours doing standup in Spanish and has a plethora of ridiculous viral videos on TikTok at @carmencomedian.
KYLE MARA
Kyle Mara is a standup comedian, writer and actor based in New York City. He's been honing his punchy conversational style in NYC clubs and is excited to make you laugh! Kyle has been seen on Showtime’s “City on a Hill” and you can check out his podcast "Kyle Mara gets..." on all platforms. His short film "Vintage Deluxe" most recently won "Best Dark Comedy" at The Austin After Dark Film Festival. His debut half hour special “Jokes On The Upper East Side” is available on YouTube and SiriusXM. Brian Scolaro is most known for his appearances on “CONAN,” his half hour Comedy Central special “COMEDY CENTRAL PRESENTS: BRIAN SCOLARO,” as Brian on ABC’s “A MILLION LITTLE THINGS” as Doug on TBS’s “SULLIVAN AND SON,” Uncle Bill on “TEN YEAR OLD TOM,” and as Stuart on FOX’s “STACKED,” Brian has appeared on “SHAMELESS,” “ABBOTT ELEMENTARY,” “DEXTER,” “MAD MEN,” “BONES,” “CASTLE,” “GREY’S ANATOMY,” “THE MIDDLE.” “SUPERIOR DONUTS,” “I’M DYING UP HERE,” “THE LATE LATE SHOW WITH CRAIG FERGUSON,” “GOTHAM COMEDY LIVE,” “LIVE AT GOTHAM,” “COMICS UNLEASHED,” “MEN OF A CERTAIN AGE,” “GIRL MEETS WORLD” and has also had recurring roles on “KROLL SHOW,” “LIFE AND TIMES OF TIM ” and “WIZARDS OF WAVERLY PLACE.” He was also a regular cast- member on NBC’s “THREE SISTERS” as Gordon.
