An elaborate buffet of summer holiday favorites featuring smokehouse classics, Coney Island dogs, Holy Smoke wings, St. Louis cut ribs, seafood display serving locally-caught fish, shrimp and oyster bar, festive desserts, a children’s knee-high buffet, and deluxe open bar.

Members, Accompanied Member Guests & Resort Guests; reservations required.

Location: Grand Ballroom

Seating is by reservation/group. For parties larger than 18 people, tables may be separated into multiple adjacent tables.

Attire: Resort Casual. Smart casual attire permitted, swimwear and cover-ups not permitted inside for dinner but are encouraged outside for the waterslide.

Valet parking is available at Cloister main entrance.

Stars & Stripes Outdoor Experience

Outdoor family-friendly fun with water slides, bounce house, obstacle course, lawn games, and balloon and face painters. Enjoy live music, carnival-inspired fare, unlimited refreshments, and a deluxe open bar. The evening concludes with a spectacular fireworks finale.

7:30 – 10:00 pm
