- Maverick Events LLC reserves the right to approve or deny applications.

- Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

- Vendors are responsible for their own setup, teardown, and booth maintenance.

- Maverick Events LLC is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to vendor property.

- Booth assignments and placement are at the discretion of event management.

- Cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the event.
